The Afrikes Group Service and repairs department cater for a wide variety of the professional sound equipment market’s repair needs. We service and repair most high-end audio equipment including microphones outboard, loudspeakers, DJ equipment, audio interfaces, mixing consoles, recorders and many more.
Our service engineers are vastly experienced and extremely knowledgeable on electronics services to a manufacturing standard, and we have a detailed library of service manuals and circuit diagrams from most major professional audio manufacturers covering many classic and contemporary equipment.
A large stock of spare parts and components and access to all major manufacturers’ spare stocks, make the turnaround time extremely acceptable.
Items for assessment and repair are subject to an inspection charge of XAF 25000 +VAT, which will be waived from any repair charge.
Our repair charge is currently XAF 60000 + VAT per hour, with most repairs being carried out between 30 minutes and four hours. For more complicated jobs, the customer will of course be advised of an approximate estimated turnaround before any work is undertaken.
If you require an estimate before regular repairs are carried out, please advise us at the time. Repairs totalling less than XAF 60000 ex. VAT will be automatically carried out unless otherwise requested. All of our repairs carry a 3 months warranty covering the original fault and any related issue. This does however exclude speaker drivers and related circuitry units.
